Hi there,

As a fellow Hesser, though i would just give a quick "thumbs-up" for your post - I'm still in pretty good shape, but my wife's knees are deteriorating and it's painful and debilitating. We're going to Geneva this weekend to see a doctor about injecting cartiledge into the knee to get it back to a functional level again. Trying to get around on crutches or a wheelchair is a real pain!

Same here, I also find airplane trips very stressful. Once I get to the country or place that I am visiting after a flight, I feel very lousy because of the jetlag and feel as if every energy within me is expended. That's why every mornings after such experiences, I make it a point to enjoy the scent of the fresh airs outside the hotel room I am staying and then relax and do some cardio exercises in a park.
